Mod - help please

Hello, I see that there have been several comments on the lengthy PROCESSING stage. I placed an order on 2/12 for 2 indoor/outdoor rugs. They were not on advanced order. Upon checing the status, it is STILL showing that they are in process, with the EDD being today. I tried to canel them, because now I just don't want them anymore, because it should not take 10 days to prepare to ship. Can you help me please?

I think the orders may have been lost.

@Lisa now in AZ   I'm so sorry, at this point the system will not allow us to cancel the order.  When you receive them we can have them picked up from you.  Please let us know when they arrive.
