Yesterday I ordered six tee shirts as a gift to be sent bill to ship to.  Today there is free shipping.  I went to my order page and clicked cancel and got hmmmm, contact customer service.  Then I checked my emails and saw a message from QVC saying the order of six items was cancelled.  Still, my order page had in process so I emailed social.   I requested a credit of $21 shipping or a clarification of the order status so I could reorder if it was cancelled.  The reply was that three items were cancelled and a return of shipping charges would happen only after the items shipped.  I remain in limbo because I cannot trust much of any communication from QVC.  My order pages still show back order on something I cancelled months ago.  Confused customer and sorry to the person who was supposed to receive tee shirts.  Taught me a lesson.  Do not order from QVC until there is a free shipping day unless it is something I must have right away.

@Gabidog

We are happy to refund the charges for shipping for items ordered within 48 hours of the free shipping event. We ask that you wait until the items have shipped because the transactions have closed and we are unable to make any modifications (same reason you cannot cancel).

Please send us an email listing your order numbers when your items ship. Also there is no need to cancel to reorder.

@Gabidog It's frustrating but that's life on the internet.  I figure I don't have to call and complain because the price sometimes goes up after I order.  It's like going to the casino online with pricing and perks.

Beth @@social, the problem is QVC sent me an email saying the entire order was cancelled and my online order has three pieces cancelled.  I do not want to reorder until I know which is correct.  I will wait and see what happens in the next two weeks.

@Gabidog

Do you wish me to reinstate the 3 orders?

Agree on shipping...I find it annoying that QVC still charging shipping anyway...if sold elsewhere you are most often paying more or at best same once you add the shipping in.  Not a lot but adds up when you buy items regularly...and the prices are same as other retailers who dont charge shipping.  I also have started to wait for free shipping or just buy elsewhere if I can.

Beth  @@social,  yes, I would like the six items shipped as long as the credit for shipping will not be a problem.

@Gabidog

Okay I have reinstated all items on this order. The estimated delivery date for all items is on or about June22nd. Once this order ships, I will refund the entire S&H charged on this order.

BETH @QVC....Perfect!  Thank you for the attention to my order.  You should be in charge of everything!

I always find most of the shoes (unless they are TSV shoes) other places cheaper and with free shipping.  I just bought Clark's high heel slides for $20+ cheaper and no shipping.  I'm really tired of advance orders and waiting for weeks and cancellations.  I spent a lot this year, but I'm slacking off.  I'm back in the stores, dressing rooms are open and it's so much fun.  QVC is their own worst enemy.  They have some beautiful fashions lately, but it's not even enticing me any more.
