I received my Snoopy toy, which is adorable, without the packing slip. I emailed the social team and they got back to me in about one hour. They are mailing me all the missing paperwork. Very pleased!!

Could you not have gone into your order and just printed it out?  That is what I would have done.

I have noticed that sale and clearance items arrive with no pack slips or return forms.   It's not a coincidence,

There’s several times I’ve received no packing slip.
And Miss Pepsi.. Maybe she didn’t have a printer available or have time to do it. As I didn’t. It should be a convenience for us, not a inconvenience.

i would say that 95% of the time i get a packing slip.

my order summary is always in my online account.

if i need to return something, i can print one out if i prefer.

they are also now offering this service.....very similar to amazon.
