Missing pack slip, wrong items sent

In the last 6 months or so, I've received MANY more orders than normal that have issues.  Often there is no packing slip, so returning an item is a lot harder.  Or the Easy Return address label is missing from the packing slip.  Or even the wrong item is sent.  In the latter cases, sometimes the packing slip is missing so I can only return the item without saying what it should have been or whether it was actually someone else's item sent to my address.  What happened to the Convenience in QVC?  And Quality needs to be improved in the Shipping department.

 

I know my issues have been discussed here before, but I'm hoping that Customer Service will start to understand and improve if they keep hearing that more customers are unhappy.

The missing invoice and return label is not an accident.  It's the new trend with online retailers.  I don't get one from any company from whom I receive orders.  About 1/3 of my QVC packages have them.  The rest come come from the Ontario, Ca. warehouse and they never have those documents.  It's fine with me as I can get the info online.

 

Out of the millions of packages they send, occasionally a wrong item will be sent but this is a rare occurrence

Kachina 624 -- I understand about these things happening occasionally.  But out of 6 packages I received today, 2 were items I didn't order, of which 1 didn't have the packing slip, and 2 others didn't have the slips.  Today was just annoying enough for me to finally complain.

@turtle52 Kachina is very helpful in answring most any questions asked here as sometimes customer service isn't able to.  I really appreciate her ability to figure out what is going on.  She can be a little matter of fact sometimes but that to me is what is needed.

@turtle52    In all fairness to QVC, there's nearly always a good reason why things happen as they do.  I also spend plenty of time saying detrimental things because that's fair too.  They often have criticism due.
