This Mail Innovations REALLY STINKS!!!!!!!!!!

Take forever to get to me!

Surepost is much better because I can change how it is delivered.

DO SOMETHING or I probably will be history with QVC!

Think this is the 3rd person this week posting that they will quit QVC......and it's only Wednesday.

Thanks, but I'll take Mail Innovations over a big rate increase.  I can't think of an instance where I was in such a hurry that a couple extra days to deliver made a huge difference to me.

Took them 3 weeks to get my pkg here from SHQ.

Even though it's been a year now since covid began, companies are still working with less staff and that might account for the slower shipping. I have not noticed any difference with shipping my items from any company I order from. I have always preferred to order online.

@Kachina624  Normally I'd agree with you completely. I don't tend to be one for counting down the days, but I will say that after ordering a freaking pair of sunglasses, having them in 'preparing your order' status for six days before shipping and then shipped via Mail Innovations from Pennsylvania to Virginia by way of New Jersey... and then taking three days for my local PO to 'accept' the hand-off, I find this method utterly ridiculous. The EDD, which was missed, was yesterday. They are now supposedly out for delivery today, but even assuming they make it, eleven days for a pair of sunglasses to arrive two states away seems excessive and honestly, ridiculous... I'm not in a huff about it because I don't need the glasses immediately, but this is a lousy system of order fulfillment...

@stevieb    Possibly the problem is not Mail Innovation but taking 6 days to ship?  Good luck today.

@Shelbelle    They've been completely off my radar for several years.  I can't even get them on any of my TVs.  I could watch online but prefer not to do business there.

I have to admit that even though I'm never in a hurry to receive what I may order, I don't like Mail Innovations either.  Those are always the orders that have the unexplained delays for days or longer.  (In my experience it seems that the holdups can come from either UPS or USPS, or both.)  They also seem to have more instances of damaged packaging than SurePost or USPS.  And often I'm still paying for shipping anyway; it's not a case of free shipping or paying more.

And I'm not just referring to QVC.  I get orders through Mail Innovations from other companies with the same problems.

On occassion, I will still order Isomers skin care from them, but usually their shipping fee is outrageous.
