I have been unable to reach anyone in Customer Service regarding my return for refund, which hasn't posted yet. Info below -
Order # received July 6
Ornament Wreath arrived with multiple broken balls
July 8 - Mailed with USPS, first class (my own postage)
It's on EZ pay and the next payment is scheduled for 7/31.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

They respond pretty quickly and can work miracles with problems!
