This has happened before, where the "sale price" was more than the original price.  I can't remember now what the item was, but I posted quite a while ago about a similar mistake.

 

Or maybe they're just trying to see who'll bite?  Smiley Wink

I have found this often on primetime or lunchtime specials where one color is a “special price” but when listed as a prime/lunchtime special, the higher price remains on the lower cost color.
