Mods, I've already sent an email to QSocial Team, but haven't heard anything yet. I received my Prive Reveux order for the set of 2 eyeglasses (recent TSV). I only received one pair of glasses in one of the boxes. I was supposed to receive the solid red (those were in the box) and the red tortoise (which are missing from the box). I can email more information if needed, please let me know what I should do. Returns and refunds are taking a long time. I'm not sure if I can get a refund for the missing glasses and just keep the solid red pair. Please advise.

I would email the Social Team again, it's not like them to not answer an email and pretty quickly, so they may not have received it.
Make sure you're using QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.
