I ordered 2 sets of 2 "AS IS" Bethlehem lights glitter sprigs with color LEDs in white on June 13 for $34.50.  I received one set on June 16th and the other set just shipped today. 

 

I also noticed that the price has been reduced to $25.50 and was wondering if I could get a refund on what I paid on June 13th since it was only a couple of weeks ago.

 

BTWay....I LOVE the set I received on June 16th and can't wait to get my other set.  (I don't know why they didn't ship at the same time since I ordered them the same day, but glad to see it's coming). 

 

Thank you for help and again, I hope you can refund me the difference in price on both sets ordered.  Great price.

 

EDITED:  See post below.  I called "Keith" in Customer Service and he gave me a refund.  So, he took care of it.  Thanks.

The "moderators" seem to be out today. You might want to try emailing customercare@qvc.com

MODERATORS....never mind.  I called "Keith" in customer service and he gave me credit for the difference.

 

SHOUTOUT to KEITH.  Thank you and oh my, I told him he has a nice sounding voice and he does!!!  Great customer service from KEITH.  Give him a raise.

QVC does have a policy that if the item is reduced within 30 days, they will give you the sale price difference refund.

 

This is a standard policy.  I always watch and have received a prompt credit from either C/S, Chat or the moderators.
