I placed an order 4/19 for the Suze Orman Ultimate Retirement Collection. It was placed on advance order. I completely forgot about it, but, just today was looking over my credit card charges and see that I have been charged for it twice. Then,took a look at tracking and it appears it was delivered 5/21/20. However, I have not received it. If it is still available, I would like to have it, otherwise, I would like to be refunded for what I have been charged thus far. Hope you can help me with this.

Hi @Sapphiregal I am so sorry you did not receive your order. I issued a replacement and upgraded the shipping. Your estimated delivery date is 6/29.
