I returned 2 items 2 1/2 weeks ago and have not seen that it has been received. There were 2 items in one bag. The jockey bras and the escada roll on perfume. Can you check on this and process my refund? I've been trying to access qvcsocialteam but have not been able to do so. Thank you so much if you can help me!!!
