I ordered item A631907, and it shipped on the 13th. According to the tracking information, however, it hasn't moved in the past 5 days. I have tried contacting both UPS and the postal service, but neither will allow me to file a claim or do anything more than look at the status. Any suggestions?

In all the years I've shopped with QVC this has happened a handful of time. This is no fault of QVC's, however, they are very good about refunding your money or sending out another one.

 

I can't remember how long you have to wait but I think it's like 14 days or something close. After the alotted time, QVC will replace or refund.

 

Contact the social team QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, they will assist you.

@ZuzuP I'm sorry for the delay, looking at the tracking it should have had movement by now, we have stock so I will be issuing a no cost replacement.

This same thing happened to me.  I ordered 3 items and they all dropped off the tracking and never moved out of the gate.  Customer service was very helpful and re-ordered all items.  I think the UPS exchange to mail innovations is not very good.  Hope they either get better or use UPS and don't transfer to contract delivery services.

All I know is that I look at what the weather has been where I live, and I look at the weather experienced in other parts of the country and I understand why there are delays.
