I have tried to call customer service and the chat live feature but neither have worked. I placed an order on 5/18/20 for the TSV. It finally shipped on 6/6. The tracking says that Mail Innovations transferred the package to USPS on 6/11 but the USPS tracking still says it is awaiting the item. It looks like the item has been lost.

 

Can anyone help and/or offer suggestions?

I hope you get some assistance with your order. I am still waiting on 3 orders that I haven’t received. (1) It Cosmetics Brow Power Powder Kit. (2) Wen packets. (3) Diamond Press Marquis Die Cutting Machine (HSN) Who knows where they were shipped too. I’m in California, Southern. One of my orders was shipped to Fontana, California (1 hour from me) then from there it was shipped to OREGON! Really? Who knows where it will end up. I have connected with both HSN & QVC thru Live Chat waiting at least 1 hour each time. I have just decided NO MORE ORDERING! Sad very sad!

Oh that is awful! I hope you get answers or refunds soon. I totally understand why you would want to no longer order from QVC. I might have to consider that too.

@SeleniteSea    I am so sorry this order was never delivered.  We no longer have stock in your item so I am doing a refund now.  Please let us know if it happens to arrive.

My orders were placed on 5/24, 6/1 QVC & 6/2 HSN. 😱 I check Tracking and the packages are all over the place. UPS then USPS then wrong Post Office then Re-routed! Who knows where they will end up! I just gave up! Like I said NO MORE ORDERING. I will go back to shopping at my local stores when they finally open. I have been shopping with QVC & HSN for over 30 years.
