Lost order, please help

Hi mods

 

i was supposed to get a delivery of Isaac 24/7 last week. The package is lost and I did file a claim with UPS.  Is there any chance I can get a replacement pair shipped or barring that, a refund?

Hi @DrKelli thank you for posting and shopping with us. I am very sorry to hear that this package has been lost. I have the replacement on the way and the EDD is 9/9.
