@lilywhite Well I think THAT IS FABULOUS, and you don't need anyone to tell you that. Be proud.

QVC on regular TV is slowly becoming a dinosaur.
But that's not necessarily saying QVC as a company is.
Their streaming channel is doing quite a lot of different programming and selling techniques to try to keep up with how more & more people are shopping.
The Busy Philips weekly talk show has so far brought in as guests Andy Cohen, Isaac Mizrahi, Tina Fey, and Bette Midler. Amy Stran does a weekly aftershow in Busy's talk show studio selling whatever QVC plans for that week.
Courtney Cason (the Givenchy brand rep) is back with a weekly fashion & accessories show on the streaming channel showcasing....fashion & accessories.
When some of the hosts finish their TV on air shows, they go straight to selling other items, never seen on air, on TikTok.. For example, when the Morning Show, hosted by Steve Doss, ended this morning, he did live selling on TikTok.
QVC has lots of TikTok selling videos now -- lots. Some are done by hosts, some are done by Influencers who have a lot of followers. Then there are others with no host, but the videos are very slick & catchy, and have great products.
I actually found a couple of wonderful summertime work at home items from QVC's TikTok videos. None of those items have ever been on air.
If QVC is going to survive, they need to try to be where more shoppers are spending their money.

I thinnk QVC has run out of products because of the CONSTANT repeats throughout the day and week. Then....all day golod shoes - NO and tyhen all day jewe;lry showes - NO and Isaac and his constant tops that look almost identical - no style. Bring back Bob Mackioe and the other REAL designers instead of these bores. And like mentioned, I noticed the same thing with JT last night.....I can't help but think we are loosing mary Beth to retirement in march sand here we still have JT?? Sad for QVC and u s because Mary Beth is class and QVXCX wioll not do anything about JT exc ept I will give them credit....they must have said something to her about talking about her girls because she finally has stopped that.

Losing interest....me too. I'm into the kitchen items but the three major "kitchen" shows have become diluted with women's tops, men's shoes, and yet MORE food. The other day David was showing a Christmas snow man and another show had Christmas candles. Also, it's the same kitchen merchandise over and over again when there are different things available on the website but you never see them on TV.
I stopped watching on Saturdays altogether and if the Sunday or Wednesday shows are food shows I don't watch at all. After 4 hours of food presentations ITKWD starts off with......more food! After the first 20 minutes I turn it off. I'll come back during the show because sometimes they have flash sales or flash free shipping but 9 times out of 10 another food item is being presented. At that point, I'm done for the day and I don't care what I'm missing out on.
I'm curious. I don't shop shows with clothing, costmetics, outdoors stuff, etc., but do those shows present men's shoes, food items, KitchenAide items, Kuhn Rikon, etc. or is it only the cooking shows that present non-kitchen items?

Very interesting about qvc selling on TikTok; that is where the younger audience is. Smart move. I personally don't go to Tik Tok but those that do and follow influencers seem to be what the under 65 generation is going to.

This post has been removed by QVC because it is unkind to our host

I agree!! QVC has become stale and boring. I rarely watch QVC anymore....there are several hosts I will not watch regardless of what they are selling and there are many products that do not interest me at all! I do a Q check every so often, but rarely stay on that show....

I agree! Stale, boring, repetitive programming. If I watch 30 minutes of qvc that is a lot. For years I would never miss David V. on Wednesday or Sunday, now i can't remember the last show of his I watched. David even looks bored at times with his own shows. I don't bother with the other channels qvc offers. Not interested. My own opinion, qvc will be gone from regular tv within 5 years and just do streaming shopping.
