Login Credentials not Recognized

Earlier today my login and the website were working fine.
I attempted to login this evening using the same email I've used for years on this site and, once my email was entered, I was taken to the reigistration page. I went back, tried again, same thing. Thinking there was a site issue, I left the site and tried again hours later. Same thing. So I tried Speed Buy, as my credentials are saved, and received a message that my credentials were incorrect. I then attempted to reset my password, email address not recognized. At this point I tried to login again, was routed back to the registration page, and completed registration. My thinking was that I would be told that the email address was already registered. Nope. I completed the registration like I'd never used the site. Bigger issue created; now none of my orders are present and it looks like I've never used QVC. In addition to several other orders, I placed two yesterday that are in the void. I have emailed customer service and am awaiting a response. I'm worried at this point. Any ideas? It seems as if all of my QVC history, credentials/orders/everything, have been purged.
