How do I contact Lock and Lock to get a replacement bowl. I have tried several phone numbers with no luck. Another problem is I do not have the order number because it was so long ago. Chris has said to contact them and they will replace the piece, well how can you in this situation. All I have is the info on the bottom of the damaged piece which is Lock&Lock at the top 300ml/10 oz./0/32 QT. 7-4
HPL932 ... this is the only piece I need replaced the lid is not damaged.

@cool2bcalm, have you tried going in to your account online at the top of the page and then click on status of accounts? This will give you a list of all the items you have ordered. I am not sure how far back you need to go but this might help in getting your order number. Good luck.
