I placed an order yesterday with an estimated delivery date of the 16th. When the order confirmed it changed that date to the 21st so I went to cancel and it won’t let me. Please cancel my most recent order as that delivery date is unacceptable. Additionally, I should have had an option to cancel based on the date changing. Returns and credits take up to a month and I don’t want to deal with the inconvenience. I appreciate your help. Thank you

Try calling customer service and speaking with a supervisor if necessary.

I did contact cs. The reason I posted here is the forum moderators were more helpful than cs when I had an issue about a year ago.

I had forgot I had ordered Denim and Co. cargo jeans LOL

after checking so many times, then, you get busy with other stuff and you

forget what is what, then, you check your 'informed delivery' and it says

pkg from QVC . I go "what, I haven't ordered any thing" then you check your order status and I go Oh yeah, I forgot about the pants. LOL

I agree!

 

The Mods here can make things happen with CS issues, that calling CS (even asking for a supervisor, IF you can get one) can!

I swear I won't order from the Q & then need something or see something I want & like an idiot I order!  Only to wait what seems like FOREVER for them just to ship it let alone get it! I ordered something on the 5th. EDD was the 11th. Today is the 14th. It is still floating around out there somewhere!  Who knows!  Anyway what I needed these for has passed! So I will just turn around & send them back!  When will I ever learn not to order from QVC!  Almost all companies have web sites you can order from with free shipping too!  Oh well! I need to put something on my computer so that when I go to the Q's website it blocks me!!

 I have the same exact issues with QVC    I posted this but I will tell you again I ordered a sweater yesterday from Old Navy. this morning it had shipped and will be here by Monday .   It had free shipping .   I feel your pain .
