@Tinkrbl44 @Very rare that I  ever want to cancel! I know better. Actually my issue was I wanted to change my  CC payment as was told  it went through in minutes  and can not be changed or cancelled.  A process to change CC cards so left it as ordered.I am not that kind of impulse shopper and return only  when not sent the correct item, damaged or inferior product. My point is some not all but orders go through in minutes.

@UpNorthGorgy Amazon and Walmart have a much larger window for canceling. I've never been denied a cancellation from either one of them.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I was sent a Halloween card, postmarked October 26th, and I received it yesterday, November 12th.  It was mailed appoximately 45 miles from where I live.  Yet another great job by the USPS.

QVC doesn't deliver packages.  They turn them over to UPS or USPS.   Both are very busy and there has been heavy snow in the middle of the country.  It's that time of year when freight slows down.

@NO excuses for QVC on this one.  I have had that same issue with it being scheduled, not schedued, delayed, etc for more than 2 weeks now after it was supposedly shipped.

And I've gotten a lot of packages and none of this nonsense except from QVC.

My thought is they are having their vendors ship and the vendors aren't on the ball.  Or the products simply don't exist--which is think is a real possibility.

I ordered the Lug TSV and another item 11/8. Marked as “shipped” but showed UPS was still waiting for the item. I finally called and customer service and she put out a ticket on the one sold out item and said she was able to override and reorder the TSV. Well, the item she put the ticket on shipped that day. Guess they found it. My TSV tote is still processing after 2 days! I have NEVER had this much trouble with QVC! I guess the “convenience” is gone.

Re: Late packages

Yes, I too have a problem with a late package. I placed an order on 11/3 with an EDD of 11/20. On that date, the order was still in the processing phase. Then it went to backorder (there was inventory so no idea why it said backordered unless that was to cover themselves and buy some time). It finally shipped on 11/23 and has still not arrived and not expected unil 11/30...hopefully. 23 days to get an order is ridiculous. Social Team was of no help, was just told they are working to get the order shipped.

Prompt delivery of packages is dependent upon who is shipping, which courier is being used, and sometimes the item being ordered. It seems like fashion and beauty items have some kind of built-in slowness in their shipping, or at least that is the case in so many comments around here.

I mainly order home and kitchen items, and it is rare that I don't receive them within a week even when they have to travel across the country. For example, a home decor item I ordered on Saturday was shipped on Sunday/Monday and arrived today. In this case, it only had to travel three states and came via UPS, so I know that helped the speedy delivery, but it is fairly common for my orders.

Good luck to all who are waiting—it's a holiday week, so be patient with the couriers, but hopefully your orders will arrive soon!

Re: Late packages

In August, I received a Christmas card returned from USPS mailed in early December 2023.  The person passed in 2023.  Only took 9 months to be returned.  It read undeliverable, and I googled the person, that I had not known had passed away last year.  So I'm ok if my Q packages take 8-10 days.    They usually do not unless they are coming from the Ontario, California warehouse.

They are using a carrier now that doesnt give a delivery date, this is nothing like the way QVC use to send orders,  I know mail slows this time of the year but it really has become ridiculous getting a new update every day saying it will be delivered tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, maybe they need to check out the carrier and see what the hold up is

I have ordered because of "sellout risk", then canceled because of reviews.  Never had a problem.  I have only ordered one item this season because of pricing.
