So, "they" read the comments.  This time, in general poor shipping service.  In my case, not just slow arrival.  BUT slow into system, so when bill arrives it includes returns sent weeks ago.  Deduct by yourself, items that have been returned, and you may get charged late fee.  Go figure.

Pathetic service.  QVC is on a slippery DOWNWARD slope.

@ncalgal.  I seriously doubt "they" read our comments.  "They" were probably told people were up in arms about shipping issues.  There are Facebook QVC pages where I'm sure people were also commenting loudly.

At most banks a refund is not the same as a payment, unless of course nothing is owed.

Too little, too late from Q is my feeling.

 

Customers should be allowed to cancel if the orders don't ship out  after a few days.
