I need help...in my easy pay there's a notification that one of my payments is past due and to updatee my credit card info.  I have been trying to do that for several days and it won't take.  What do I do now?

Call Customer Service, they can update your credit card information.

Hi @Starsmama I am so sorry you are having difficulty updating your information. You can call Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444 and they will be able to help.

I had the same problem a few months ago.  My credit card expiration date was up and I had not received the new one so I changed to a different card and had to cancel my old account and have card reissued..  It apparently did not take and I got another notice.  I was then able to change it but later got a letter that my easy pay was overdue.  I did not realize that if you change a credit card you also need to change each individual easy pay.  I had even called customer service and they changed one and left a subsequent payment on the old expired card.  Lastly I discovered QVC dinged my credit rating because of this.  Not a happy camper!

Definitely call customer service.  They are there to help with things like this.

It does happen all the time to qvc, and other vendors.  A couple years ago I had my atm card lost, stolen and hacked. 3 times i had to get new cards, hense new numbers.  I have a couple bills and donation on there, and each time I forgot to notify one of the creditors.  Sigh.  When I called my creditor, they had it straightened out in one minute.  I have any easy pays, when I get them, on my q card...so that is my safequard.  I dont carry that card ever.

Even after it seems that your card is updated, I would repeatedly check. Not only did my online updated changes not “take”, Customer Service’s intervention and assistance didn’t work either. There was obviously a problem with their system. Quite a few weeks went by and I had assumed my payments were being processed only to find out the system still had not updated and I was very behind in payments. This was quite a shock since I received no notification during that time.

I go and check on my order page all the time and I too have one payment highlighted in yellow that it is past due, how can that be because my one and only credit card is current. It's not up to me to go and collect the payment for qvc it's up to them so why are they acting like I am at fault. 

 

Fix the problem yourself qvc, it's these type of issues that make me shop here less and less. That and the slow refunds.

 

One of these days I'll be saying "so long" permanently.
