Good Morning and I hope you all are well.
I've had some problems recently with Lasership once again. I know we have had threads on this before. I went back and looked but none fit my circumstance or I would have replied in one of them.
Recently I have ordered new lock n lock and a few other items. Some were to be delivered by UPS and some by Lasership. Had no problems with the UPS ones. Lasership is another story.
Two items that were to be delivered by them gave me the tracking number. However, it did not keep track of it actually as I received the package when the tracking info only ever said "Origin Scan" or something like that. I had NO IDEA it was supposed to be delivered. I like to let my neighbor know when I expect a package so she can get it for me if it's bad weather out. I came home and was definitely not happy about the tracking (but happy to get my items).
The tracking NOW shows every single step, but it didn't show that until AFTER the packages were delivered!
Now, the big one that is very much ticking me off is this one:
"Parcel damaged and will be discarded"
What the ****!!!!
It was loaded onto the vehicle and THEN it was deemed damaged? Well they are at fault obviously and all they are gonna do is throw it out?!
WHAT ABOUT MY PACKAGE!!!!!!
I have already lodged a complaint with Lasership and i sent an email to QVC. I am waiting to hear back.
So, I went to look at Lasership reviews because of this. They are HORRIBLE. Please go look at them yourself if you don't believe me.
Please QVC, PLEASE STOP USING LASERSHIP!!!
Please give us back the option of who we want to ship our packages.

I had no idea that QVC uses Lasership---they are HORRIBLE! The only site that I've ordered from that used them was drugstore.com----eventually I was refunded my money after Lasership insisted first they couldn't find my package and then they lied and said they delivered it--what a mess and aggravation--all during last Christmas. I vowed never to buy from any place that used Lasership for delivery--now I see that drugstore.com is going out of business! I hope QVC doesn't start to use Lasership on a regular basis--if they do, there is no way I will ever order from them again. I never have an issue with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

So QVC is going to put saving money over Customer service AGAIN? They better fire this Lasership Or they are going to lose me as a buying customer.

That is ALL I got from Lasership. They are a JOKE of a company. They are basically saying that they have ZERO liability in this. How in the **** am I supposed to know that it was actually damaged and to what extent? I just plain ol' don't believe them.
Now, QVC has already been WONDERFUL. They are sending me out a new set at no cost. That's good service and I very much appreciate it.
Please QVC, stop using this awful shipping/delivery company.

Well, my new set has shipped out BUT I am highly disappointed to see that it is being shipped with Lasership once again. All I can do is hope that this one is not damaged or stolen. I REALLY wish QVC had sent it via UPS instead. ![]()
