I just checked my wait list today and saw that the LUG Slider I had on my Waitlist has been removed. I clicked on the item and it says "we're sorry, this item is no longer available". Does this this mean I am out of luck? I would like to take advantage of today's free s/h and 5 easy pay and order a different LUG bag, but no one notified me for sure that I will not be getting the slider! Thanks!

I see the Lug medium crossbody bag - slider in walnut brown is still listed as on the waitlist.

Posting a note to let you’all know that NOTIFICATIONS are not working for some of us.

 

There is a msg about it under CUSTOMER CARE, but it’s not directed to a mod.

 

Please help!  Some of us need positive reinforcement. 🙃

I posted on the other thread that notifications are not working for the mods as well. I have notified the tech people that they are down and I believe they are working on it. Sorry for any inconvenience.
