I have ordered Jimmy the Baker edible products on Auto Delivery and in a consistent manner, do not receive the auto deliveries.  They are direct shipped from Jimmy the Baker and yet QVC sends "I'm sorry notifications" that the products are "not available at this time".. Either QVC need to DROP this vendor or not provide Auto Delivery if it is not supported.  Anyone else have this problem?

I no longer use auto delivery for food . I had an  auto order for food [not Jimmys] and when it came  time for my delivery[ which was every 3 months] , I was told it was out of stock . I had seen QVC advertise it on air at that time and it did sell out on air but I thought the auto delivery customer would have priority .

I was so disappointed I no longer feel like I can  expect  an auto  delivery when QVC says  it will arrive

This happens often to me so I also quit my A/D orders.

 

When QVC raises their prices they tell you your A/D is out of stock / no longer available so you then have to start over  with a new A/D and pay the price increase if you really want it.

 

Besides not being able to access your acct quite often!

 

Sadly the Q is going downhill in all areas  ,imo!
