I wish to return a bracelet without the standard label, as I know it will not cost $6.95.

I have been searching the website with no results, and I know I have seen posters state what return addresses are for items we return on our own. 

I need the address for a jewelry return, and cannot find the invoice that came with it, and if the address was on it.

Can anyone help with this address?  Many thanks.

@charsha   You can always look up 'returns' and get all the returns addresses you would need depending on what you're returning. You can make a quick call to CS for the addresses too.

At the bottom of the page, under the heading "Customer Service", there is a category for "Returns & Exchanges".  Click on that and you will find many answers to various questions.  Or you can type in whatever you need in the search bar.

Other general answers can be found under the heading of "Customer Service & FAQs".

If you're using USPS insurance the cost will be the same if not more than using the Q return label.

I would definetly get insurance and a receipt when shipping and then monitor it's return via the shipping website.  Kind of hard to believe that the name on the package would be "jewelry returns", as that would be very tempting for someone who isn't honest to just misplace that package.

Like when you buy an expensive piece of jewelry at the mall, and they put it in one of those fancy jeweler bags, basically advertising to everyone that you are carrying a bag with jewelry inside as you walk out to your car.

@charsha - If it is helpful, I ship jewelry items about once per week and definitely agree with the other posters about shipping prices. If you only need insurance up to $100, you will probably have a total cost within about $1 of the QVC return label fee. But if you need insurance for more than $100, the total will certainly be more than the QVC return label fee. It doesn't seem worth the hassle to me since the prepaid label will save you time and effort, even if you have your own shipping account or a self-service kiosk at your post office. But good luck...

Where do I return an item?

Our Q Return Labels provide the return shipping address right on the label. If you don’t have a returnlabel, go to Order Status and click on the View Order link for the item you'd like to return or exchange. Then, click on the Print Return Label link located under the order details and follow the simple step-by-step instructions.
