If you are shopping, adding to your cart, the items are held for an hour before checking out. If you do not check out within an hour the items are moved to your SAVED items. Again, just because it says SAVED doesn't mean they are reserved for you.
@cjm61 yes that is the way it used to be not any longer though , it doesn't do the saved option any longer automatically I've found .

I am in agreement that if things are sitting in cart with no activity they should be removed if it has been an hour. However, in the last couple weeks watching Kim' show and I try to match up tops and bottoms and several times I get my outfits together and go to check out only to find they were removed.
The time frame may have been 15 min if that. So instead of buying the 4 pieces I bought nothing.
again, agree if cart is inactive you should give folks time at least 1/2 hr before you remove it. Because I try to match items. Otherwise since you also quickly mark things are preparing to ship and I can't cancel if I can't make an outfit - which is why I don't order until I create an outfit.
