Order # xxxx has yet to be returned, it was received on 12/01/2017, I am just doing an inquiry because items I returned after the day I sent this one already show returned, but this one has not? I do realize that this is a very busy time, and these do take time, I am just worried that among all the chaos this may have gotten lost in the shuffle or misplaced.Also what is the average time frame to see a credit show up in your charge card, I have returned items and after checking with my bank, they show nothing on file to be credited as of this morning, in an email Alice had indicated 3 days. I believe credits had been issued on Saturday, does this not included the weekend?

I do see that your order was received on the 1st so I have processed your refund for you. You should see the refund on your card in approximately 3 business days. For the credit that was issued on a Saturday, please also allow approximately 3 business days as well.
