I have been in process now going on 5 days. I've paid for premium shipping to make sure I receive the product in time. However, I'm afraid if it doesn't ship today it will not be here in time. This whole process has been very confusing. My order even duplicated at one point and luckily I caught it and cancelled the other order. Now I'm waiting on a refund for the duplicate and my other order is stuck with "in process"

@Corey24 Welcome to the forums, hope you are able to enjoy the topics. Meanwhile, in order to get a better grip on your order, send an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com, indicate your order# or just cut and paste copy of order and send to them with a complete explanation, they will get back to you better than through the forum.
This is the method I use whever I need Customer Support in any form....QVC Social Team is very efficient! Best of luck.

Customer care, could you help me too. Order food item ordered 4/27. Processed but no tracking info. Tried live chat and no one came on. Tried calling and they said unable to take call. Thank you
