I anyone else having issues with ordering, wishlist and order history?  I'm trying to put something in my cart and it's not going and it is not showing my order history & wishlist.

What kind of device are you using?

 

First thing I would do is close QVC then reopen & try again.

Not having problems with orders or wishlist now.  In 5 minutes, I might, though.

I had the same experience.  Contacted CS and said I was the tenth person who said the same thing.  I was able to log in a half hour after she reset whatever she reset.  CS thought it was on QVC's end that I could not get into site.

@Pecky Hi Pecky, are you still having problems getting in to your account? Can you tell us which browser you're using?  Cindy

@Anonymous  Yes I ams still having issues.  Microsoft Edge is my browser.  Thanks

I believe it's a browser issue ... I can access my account page using Chrome, but not with MS Edge.   This just started this morning ...

I have been trying for the past few hours to order something on my computer but am unable to do so - also can't retreive my order list and my wish list - what gives?
