Issues that seriously need fixing.....

1.  When you log onto page, you're bombarded with flyouts, flyups, flydowns and you have to wait until it stops bouncing until you're dizzy and THEN go to your intended target.

2  Items with no picture SAYING..image coming soon

3.  Purchasing an item with the correct name but incorrect image.

4.  Showing an item that is supposedly coming soon and over a month has gone by and only waitlist and you only have 45 days for that.  PLEASE, if you really have no idea and I was told by a rep that they don't then please don't show the item at all until it's really ready for sale.

These are the main issues that really need addressing.  I feel that people can get confused and buy the wrong item, (I have not) and then it has to be sent back.  Wouldn't we like to avoid "send backs?"  QVC, please try to work on these  Showing an empty box with no item and no idea as to when it will be available will not help sales.  It discourages people and they'll go elsewhere and settle for something else.  I know chain supply issues exist but the vendor physically has the item.....why does QVC not have it?  Now, it's not supply chain issues.  It's a vendor and their points, quotas.  Please, let's try to keep it real.

I'm not trying to be funny, I'm a long time customer and I remember when QVC was stellar.  I will still be a customer bcause you do things that are good, still.  Let's try to aim for better!  Thank you.

I will add on to the list. This issue is annoying but not the end of the world. There are items in my "saved list" that have sold out but there is no button to delete the item from the list! Sooooo it's just going to sit in there forever I guess. 😠

@pupwhipped    I delete them all the time.  There are a lot of annoyances that are isolated or are known but can't be fixed ( the jumping around).  I doubt any computer system is perfect but most people, especially board users, spend more time here than in other shopping sites.

I don't really find I have these issues @77yangya .

1) I don't have any "fly" issues. If I do I guess I don't notice.

2) I rarely see an"image coming soon". But, then again, I hardly ever buy anything prior to reviews posted AND on some kind of sale. I suppose by the time I'm interested in something a picture has been posted.

3) Never has happened to me.

4) There's still supply chain issues. Again, I have never encountered an "image coming soon".

Things don't tend to bother me too much, I can usually just work my around them. However, I agree with @pupwhipped , I cannot figure out how to work around deleting sold out items in my saved list. THAT is frustrating since the only way I have figured out how to get around this is to put everything from my Saved List to Wish List, then delete all Saved Items left (this would be the Sold Out items only) then put items from my wish list back into my cart and then Save them. We use to be able to delete these sold out items so something went wrong when they did some updating.

I agree about the pop-ups. I'm trying to get to the account page or a particular item, and I'm bombarded with "take out our credit card for a $20 credit". Or the "live" feed. Or "Going, Going, 50 people have this item in their cart".

I also have seen the "image coming soon" graphic. I just move on. I figure that it's nothing I really need anyway. I guess they are too busy coming up with a new pop-up graphic. Cat Very Happy
