Is this normal? Please help!

I ordered the Courtney Khondabi Cross (J371889) & received an email that it had shipped. Since March 7th the tracking only says "order information received". Should I already start panicking that its lost? Seems unlikely to be lost if it hasn't really gone out in the USPS system yet but the lack of movement has me worried.

I'm very sorry there hasn't been any movement for the Diamonique x Courtney Khondabi Cross w/ Curb Li nk Chain, Sterl, order. I would give it a few more days as there has been some delays. If there hasn't been an update by 3/11 please let us know.

This week I had a pair of earring disappear like yours for a couple of days, then the first tracking location appeared and they were almost here. Probably sent from the same warehouse.

They have been "preparing my order" on one item for FIVE days. March 5-March 10!

I'm in the same boat for four different items and they are all now showing sold out on the product page I had a fifth item stuck in that status and it eventually went to backorder so I'm afraid that's what's happening with these others. If they aren't going to be able to fulfill the orders, I wish they'd let me know sooner rather than later so I can look into alternate items.
