I returned a pkg on May 6 and it was accepted at Post Office. It's June 16 and still not showing received. I tried Customer Chat but there was nothing. Thank you

@Dlb63  The link to chat on the homepage is a dead link, at least for me, but if you enter 'live chat' into the search bar, it will take you to a different page and you can contact chat there.

@Dlb63 - Send an email to the Social Team with your information (don't post it here) and ask them to look into the situation for you.  You should get a fairly quick response; they are CS reps, as well as the moderators on these forums.

It's hit or miss with the chat.  I'm not sure if it's only up at certain times

What has happened to Q customer service?

At this very moment, I have waited 40 minutes for someone in CS to pick up the phone, or call me back in the call back Que.

I have several items I need a PRICE ADJUSTMENT on, and QVC CS is NOWHERE to be found.

And no, I have no luck with "Chat". 

What has happened to their CS ???
