I returned an item 3 weeks ago. The only tracking that I have found is that it "tendered" to a retruns agent that same evening in Montgomery, AL, which is only 60 miles from my home. I have called customer service 3 times a day, early A.M and late P.M. after allowing 10 days for the item to be received. When I call the customer service number I only get a recording that they have so many calls I have to use automated number or QVC.com. I cannot talk with a customer care representative or leave a number for a return call. If someone cannot help me from this blog my next step will be a letter to corporate because that is the only address I have found on this website. Someone please help me. Thank you.

The moderators on these boards are also CS reps and they're excellent. You should get a reply quite quickly.

Hi @keyhole thank you for posting to us here in our Community Customer Care forum today. I was able to track this return - thank you for using the pre-paid return label. I have processed this return and have issued a refund. Thank you for being our customer. -Kim

My returns are also showing no sign of being processed and I mailed it back about 3-4 weeks ago! Hope someone can help.

I have sent 4 emails to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and they were rejected because of invalid address. Am I seeing it wrong or something. Thanks

I had several returns that were over a month old. I called CS and as long as they can see that the prepaid label was scanned by the post office, they will issue the refund right then. It's too bad you have to call, but they were helpful.

@keyhole - Sorry, that's the way I've seen it written by others here. When I send an email I address it to: Social.Team@qvc.com and that's always worked for me, so maybe try that in future, if you have another problem.
