Is Live Chat Not Working?

Is there a problem with the live chat? If it closed then it might be a good idea to say chat not open please call customer service.

@crazy4bears  Thanks for confirming it is actually working ... I was waiting and waiting and no one was answerings, maybe I needed to give it longer but at least an acknowledgment would be nice like we are busy we will be with you shortly etc.

Don't bother those people never know nothing. I've done live chats before asked them a question "is that sweater that Leah is wearing available thru Q"?   They say "no, her own items", then, 5 minutes later the host will say "the sweater I have on item # is 0000".   I'll go WHAT!

 

Might as well talk to a goldfish. I don't use that any more.
