Could someone find out what his guest Maria Louise was wearing during the presentation of the rolling counter tray. Around 1p.m. It was a red shirts with white heart, if it's not sold on QVC could you still find out. Thank you

Unless someone just happens to recognize it, there's really no way to track down the manufacturer of a guest's clothing.  CS doesn't do that.
