I’m growing increasingly weary and frustrated at how long it takes items to ship.  I have orders that have been “in process” for a week.  I could have ordered the same items from Amazon, had free shipping and they would have been delivered days ago and if I were able to cancel and order from Amazon, I would have done so.  

 

I’m quickly losing interest in ordering things from QVC.  I also have items that I’ve returned and are nowhere to be found.  I would think that charging so much for shipping that the Q would have this thing down and be more efficient.

@Prestons Grandma   Please don't take this in a negative way toward you, but I think this problem would easily be solved if you (we) would simply order from Amazon (or anywhere else) instead of QVC.

Well forget about the length of time it now takes to get a return credit. That, too, is having an impact on my future orders.
