Not sure why it takes so long to ship an item after it's ordered but you really need to streamline your "processing".    I've never had any other online retailer takes as long as QVC does.  Many times I'm really tempted to cancel an order because it's stuck "in processing".  I've noticed by previous postings that this has been a problem for YEARS.

What's up?  I love your merchandise but really don't like your methods at times.  Doesn't anyone care about these things?

The problem is that they won't let you cancel while its in processing.  I ordered something on Sunday and then thought better of it and on Monday tried to cancel.  The system would not let me as it was already in processing.  Then it sits in processing for 3 to 4 days before it even ships.  So I sit and look at this item in my orders that I have no intention of keeping and will be sending back as soon as I get it.  And it hasn't even gone anywhere yet. Disappointed in QVC these days.

I agree.  An order I placed on 9/13 was still in processing as of 9/18 a.m.  Five days - ridiculous.  I checked again late on 9/18 and it had shipped out of their Ontario warehouse which is about an hour away from my home.  It went to a UPS facility in a city about 20 minutes from me on 9/18.  Then it was transferred to our local post office on the same day and as of 9/20 has not been delivered.

To me it seems like ever since QVC acquired HSN their processing and shipping of products have down hill fast.  Also there have been way too many IT problems on-line. 

Products stay "in processing"  for days. Also, before it seemed like products were either shipped UPS or USPS.  Now a lot of products are sent UPS and then transferred to USPS.  Takes even longer.  One of my items that was sent this way recently was lost (still waiting for them to find...lol) and the product is no longer available.

QVC has some of the slowest shipping on the planet!  The reason is, it takes forever to leave QVC!  I don't know what they do in the warehouse, but shipping is obviously not priority!  Between excessive charges for their excessively slow shipping, and many items way over priced, I shop here less and less.  I find the exact same items elsewhere for the exact same price, more often less, and I get free shipping!  Why would anyone pay shipping when other retailers offer free shipping on the exact same items often for a less price?  I don't use easy pay, so that doesn't tempt me. I also don't trust QVC to be accurate with bookkeeping.   QVC has nothing that I would consider financing!

This started LONG BEFORE the parent company of QVC acquired HSN.   Besides which, my HSN orders never stay "in processing" for the length of time that Q orders do.
