Ok, folks.  Computer is in Jacksonville, FL.  Don't see it being her today, as scheduled, Space Coast, maybe tomorrow - arggggg..  At least it is on the way.

I will never and I mean never pay preminum shipment.  My computer has been in Jacksonville since 2 in the afternoon and has not moved.  I live 2 1/2 hours drive and no computer.  I could have gone and picket it up.  Customer service, I want the money back for preminum shipping.  Two days shipment when it is in stock and it is 2/12 hours from me since 2 in the afternoon.  Not acceptable.  This is a gift, why the extra money for shipping.  .

@Fiero Woman I am very sorry that your computer was not delivered today.  Per the UPS tracking, it is scheduled for delivery on Monday.  I have refunded your shipping charges back to your original form of payment since the express shipping did not meet the estimated delivery date.

Barb:  I do not want the computer Monday.  It is sitting in Jacksonville with paremium shipping.  I want that computer here tomorrow.  What is the Issue.  Nothing about this is right.  Put it on a truck and get it down here, not Monday tomorrow.

 It is to sit in Jacksonville for three days.  WHAT?  no way.  Right up the road.  Something has slipped thru the cracks.  If UPS can do the job, give it to FED Ex.  No excuse for this whatever.

After all this ****** and mess, I find my friend's computer is in Jacksonville and will not be here til Monday.  Can you believe that.  Paying extra for next day delivery is a farce.  What a joke QVC.  I am done with the Q after this.  I paid over $18 for next day and it isn't going to happen.  It is in a trailer in Jacksonville and they refuse to deliver til Monday.  From now on, I will go to a big box store or even better, order from Amazon.
