I am a little frustrated as an order I placed six days ago is still "in process" and orders that I placed after this one have been shipped.  I was wondering why it is taking so long to process this order?

I ordered the 6" luminaras in the Tuesday show.  That evening I tried to cancel, noting it said "in process."  I was unable to cancel and now it is Thursday and it still says in process.  Very annoying.

I received your email.  You still did not reference when this will be shipped.  Could you give me a time frame?
