I still can't get into Community Chat

I can see posts if they show up under "View all forum topics" but I still can't get into Community Chat.  9/21/25.

Sometimes, on the first try, I can get right in...other times it takes a couple minutes. 

 

But once in, if I try to go to another thread, it takes awhile.

Just use something else. Seems a lot of us can't get in, so I don't even bother trying anymore.

I posted about this ongoing issue to the attention of the moderators in Customer Care...Community Technical Issues thread. 20 days ago Anjalena said she would notify the IT department (LOL) and would post an update.

 

She never posted an update and never responded to my asking for that update.  

 

So, there you go...gaah
