Exactly! Not everyone has a printer so for those who do not have either a printer or smart phone it's not exactly "easy peasy convenient" for ALL customers but we are all supposed to "comply" with tech according to some or STFU!

I prefer getting the labels with the purchase but I've been doing online returns lately. One thing that frustrated me was a purchase of shoes from HSN. They were obviously mis-sized and when I tried to get a label to print, it would only provide the "return on your own dime" address. I do not like making trips to UPS or the post office but the lack of a return label made that a necessity. I used the live chat feature to ask about it and they said some vendors do that.

Yes...IRRITATING! It happened to me as well! Certain vendors that they are allowing to "drop ship" like in my case "Chaco Canyon" do not provide a return shipping label when you go through the online return process to get a return label in your account. They only provide a "return address" and yes you have to pay for and print your own label or go to the post office or UPS and pay there! I will assume that you probably had to pay more to ship a heavy pair of shoes than a corporate pre-paid shipping label would have cost! ARGH!
I let HSN CS know that I would no longer be purchasing from that vendor or any other vendor where this is the case! Yes...we can all "comply" or NOT! I choose NOT!

For Heaven's Sake! Just go back into your order status on QVC.com and you can start a return there. That process leads to the return label to print out. If you don't have a printer ask a friend to print it for you. It's not rocket science. ✌.|•͡˘‿•͡˘|.✌

No more convenient return labels. You have to go to the individual item , click return and then choose return on your own paid upfront and take to post office ...you have to print the return label. OR PICK drop off at UPS and show the Q code they sent you, if you chose that return choice. Makes it harder to return .

Very easy to return. Put the item in your mailbox. If it won't fit, USPS has free pickup service to your home. USPS.com.
I don't see why this is difficult @Sookdeo .

They're not sending return labels huh? But they're still taking orders over the phones. So much for technology. 🤦♀️
Paying big bucks to celebrities to hawk merch, but can't serve their main base respectfully.
If orders can still be made over the phone, they should send the return labels the ancient way as well.
I agree it's a deterrent in disguise. 🥸
