Last week I ordered a set of Lock & Lock containers but they were out of stock.  Since then I have received at least 4 emails from Q telling me to order the set, they even include a picture of the set I wanted.  I would go to the site and try to order only to be told it was out of stock.  Just quit sending clickbait emails and let me know when it is actually available.

I am also frustrated. I made a return on 10/8 they received it on10/17. Just called Q to find out I have to wait up to another 10 days to get my refund.

They didnt have a problem taking it out of my acct within an hour! And have to pay foir shipping it back, thats for the birds. They are such a big company and cant offer free shipping both ways...

Never again will I order from them.

Thanks for listening.

QVC seems to be lacking in many facets of their business.  Fortunately, I don't order much from here.

I have an item (that's supposed to be here tomorrow) that's been "Waiting for Carrier Pickup" for 4 days now! Don't think it's gonna make it to me tomorrow.

I "love" when I get emails from QVC asking, "Enjoying your new item?" when it hasn't even shipped yet.

@Ktee - In case it is helpful, I believe they have to state that 10-day wait period for a refund as part of their service policies, but in cases where I've reached out to ask them to process my refund, I've typically received it within three or four days. I hope your request is resolved quickly!

The "10 day" wait for posting is just a general response.  Now that you called, you'll probaby see your refund in the next day or two @Ktee .

Update to the above post--I emailed the QVC Social team, and they told me my new estimated delivery date is November 7...more than a WEEK away,

This was an order of Lindt holiday truffles placed back in July. It was supposed to SHIP 10/27. Label was created 10/24, and it has been "Waiting for Carrier Pickup" ever since.

This is ridiculous!!!!!!! I only hope, since it's chocolates, that it's sitting somewhere that it won't melt. I live in SC, and the weather has been chilly..would've been perfect for delivering chocolate. We might have 85 degrees by Nov. 7!!!!

Today I got an email from Q stating that the itemI wanted to order was back in stock.  I went online and ordered it but when I tried to check out, it said the item was "out of stock"  I'm done.  This is a disgusting way to treat your customers.
