I rarely say anything positive about the Q but I have something now! I really like/appreciate that they have "any questions" on the product reviews. You can read all the questions and answers already asked and you can ask "it" a question about the product and you get an answer RIGHT AWAY! Uncanny!! If it's been around for a long time I guess I missed it. But I find it really helpful.

I like that feature, too!  I do prefer the answers given by actual people, but the immediate AI response can also be helpful.

@PhilaLady1 I like the AI response too, gives more info that is not in the description. Very helpful.

That's odd, because every time I've asked a question of their new A.I., all I get back is "That information is not available" and to refer the question to the manufacturer!  If the information isn't already in the online description, I don't get an answer.  So what use is that?

(ETA:  I haven't had a single question answered.  At least a human might be able to find the information!  For instance, what operating system does this Tracfone have?  What version?  What is the model?  So on and so on.)

I don't find the canned AI responses to be helpful.

I've always been frustrated by the question and answer section of a product. Most of them never get answered, so why bother asking? I think the vendor should get on there and answer questions.
