Call Customer Service and request a label be mailed to you.  I had to do this when my printer was not working and a return label was not included in my package.

Do you have another qvc label from a previous purchase?  I have used that in the past.  Just include a little note with the actual item info (from your order history) and mention you didn't have the matching label.

@goldensrbest    Just hand print one on a sheet of paper including all the pertinent information found on the normal invoice, especially the order#.  Then take it to the post office and mail it using a hand made shipping label.  The return addresses can be found under customer service.

I've done this several times and it worked out fine.

I have a printer that works 50% of the time. Each company has its own way of dealing with the situation. Overall I think most of the companies I buy from are very good at offering a solution.

This is such a pain in the a**.  Really, include return labels.  We all dont have printers ya know.

a printer is a good investment if you have a desktop computer. I have an old HP printer that just prints in black and white... it is about 15 years old. I buy generic ink cartridges for CHEAP on line.

@SeaMaiden - I think it's just a good item to have, desktop or laptop or tablet.  Printers aren't all that expensive and I use mine a lot.
