I have called several times and have left messages for a return call so I can verify whatever information you all need.... I even recieved an email thismorning asking that I call to verify payment info.... When I call the # given I again am transfered to the finance department & sent to their voicemail to leave a message...... how many mesages over how many days do I need to leave to hopefully have my call returned? I really want a nice surprise for xmas for my kids this year but my iteam hasn't even shipped
Can someone please help me with my order..

I am also getting very anxious as well. Placed my order earlier this week. Just got an email rfom customer care this morning to call them to verify my information. I immediately called, got transfered to the finance department then was told an account specalist was unavailable and someone would call me back. I called again around noon, same thing. I just got off the phone AGAIN and was told the same thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there were no supervisors. I asked to wait on hold for an account specialist, I was told I could only be placed on hold once. I was ALSO told that if I miss their call back, I would have to start the process over again. NOT OK....I need this gift before Christmas. It is the only thing my son asked for. This is terrible.

@SV7167 what does that mean, you can only be placed on hold once?? that makes no sense to me. I know that they are busy, but can you wait them out on hold to ensure you talk to someone?

This is all begining to sound all too familiar... If QVC wants to 'verify' so many of their orders, maybe they need to have staff in place to do so... You know, for their customers...

This is like deja vu, when it comes to shipping this time of year. I feel for first time customers.If this happen to me it would the last time.
My Christmas shopping was started in October and finished by1st of November from my brick-and-mortar stores, and not to put QVC down but my deals also beat Black Fridays.
If I decided to order to anything online now it would be for myself, in stock and at my local B/M stores.
With bad weather, and orders delivered to the wrong addresses, or stolen from people yards,and wrong color or sizes. Gift cards would be the best bet or going to the busy malls,wear comfortable shoes because next week any where will be busy.
