QVC sent me a letter via the post to inform me that my back order I had waited for over a month was not going to become available .
Well today I clicked online and there it is same size and colour .available to buy .
I hope another customer does not go through the whole back order process again .

@Liverbird1 Is the price higher now? That's happened to me before. They just didn't want to honor the older, lower price.

@2blonde @Liverbird1 There is a certain number of days that an item can stay on BO. I think it's 45. Then if it isn't available they will take it off BO. I've had that happen before, and I'll check and it's available. It wasn't available at the time they took it off BO though.

I've also had them extend the 45 day wait because they knew a new supply was on the way. I gladly waited.

@Liverbird1 Just an FYI. The reason I had mentioned about the possible price increase is that, once when I had a Harry London tin on A/D, they canceled my last shipment. Then within a day or two they had the exact same tin on TV at a higher price.

thanks 2blonde I will not be reordering as I have since got another one a little bit different but higher price , but I need it for next wk . Oh if you are wondering what it was it was a swim short and top .

@Kachina624 - I was on waitlist for a Groovetech knife for 2 months. I got a notice that it had shipped, which was fine as I still wanted it. Within 2 weeks the knife went on clearance and was almost $4.00 less than I had paid. Not fair IMO. I should've called cust. service but a lot was going on in my family and by the time I had time to do it, at least a few weeks had gone by. I didn't remember the exact date it had gone on clearance so I figured they wouldn't do anything. Also, I bought it on easy pay and the clearance price didn't include that. I was not pleased.

@WORKING GAL If an item goes on clearance within 30 days of purchase call CS and get a price adjustment. It doesn't matter if it was on easy pay when you purchased it.
