I turned my computer on the second day i it and proceeded to go to Q to thank them for finally delivering my computer. suddenly i recieved a warning message from mirosoft that my computer was in danger of being hacked, and had to call number provided. long story short i had to pay $199 to install a anti hacking program on my computer to be protected. which i would not have had to do, if i would have recieved the complete software order that i paid for. so i am just wanting to warn anyone who is considering purchasing a computer/software package from Q to please reconsider.$199 is a lot of money to have to shell out for the negelience of a company that made the mistake... just be fore warned..and do your homework.........
I hope that you werent scammed. Microsoft does not send you a message like that. Current computers receive fixes to the supported operating systems for hacking for free. I even have an older system that is not generally supported anymore but Microsoft has made antihacking fixes available for the most recent big hacks for free,

@yesicnin I sure hope you didn't get scammed. This does not sound legitimate. Please look into whomever you paid the money to and report if necessary.

I agree, that message doesn't sound right. How did you pay? I would stop the charges. Did you call the q to get another disc when you found yours missing? Sorry for the delay getting your computer. I believe they are made to order. Hope it all works out.
