How to use 'coupon code' from QVC

I received a letter in the mail today from Mike Fitzharris, the QVC President, thanking me for for being a loyal customer . It also stated that ''as a token of my appreciation for being one of our best customers, I'm offering you $15 off your next purchase of $50 or more.  Just use coupon code ($15**O** ) at checkout.''

I soon after receiving the letter , purchased an air fryer but at checkout online, there was no place to enter the coupon code, only a 'promo code'.  Please advise me where I should enter the coupon code at my next purchase. Thank you.

You enter it under the promo code, I did with my order and it worked fine!

That is correct, place in the promo code box. Mine also worked fine.

Rats !  I entered mine under the promo code also when purchasing the air fryer and it didn't work for me.

@sarahpanda   Mine didn't work, either. Three tries. Why send this incentive if you're not prepared to honor it?

Was there any fine print/exemptions for the coupon?  Sometimes they won't work for certain items, like a TSV or clearance.
