I cannot find an opt out of text messages from "QVC Customer Care". I did not sign up for these text messages and I do not want them. Blocking and reporting junk does not stop them.

When I receive texts that are unwanted, I respond with a text to them with the word "Stop".
It always works for me. Good luck

I just called CS this morning about the texts too that I never signed up for. Apparently when you order there is a box checked already to text the status of your order, you have to uncheck it. In the meantime text back STOP like I did.
I already receive emails about my order status I don't need the text.

Yes , check that box or make sure it's unchecked. I have never been with a company except one other that sent as many emails as they do. They can send up to 24 a day. They don't do it, the company they hire to handle all that stuff does. It's maddening

Yes, every order I place I have to make sure I have both boxes unchecked for no emails and no texts.
They don't take the hint and never give up.

Same here.. I have been getting texts all summer and have called CS for it to STOP . The CS rep only apoligizes, and the sends a message via their computer to "who knows where" ... and it coninues nevertheless. I havce written, communiticated by email to no avail. I also did not sign up for this and it is an intrusion. I get texts each time something is shipped. I text STOP back but it continues.
The box under" check out" is always checked... I have even asked for someone to go on my account and uncheck the box. It seems to be perminent.

Replying stop to the texts has not worked.

I didn't know there was a box to unchecked either. Apparently as CS stated this is new and a lot of customers have been calling to complain. I get too many emails from QVC now it's ridiculous. I have to pay closer attention when ordering.
