Thank you Anjalena, I'll send an email with those details.

Unfortunately my local post office is a disaster,  so I'd rather pay for UPS myself, than deal the USPS here.

This is true and it is what I do. However, it should be noted when qvceasyreturns processes your return they do not deduct for the shipping label. They will refund you what you paid so far minus the original shipping fee. The return label charge is billed separately once the item is received at the warehouse.

Ordered cake. Never showed up.

QVC issued a refund. 

Then yesterday the cake SURPISNGLY arrived .

It was falling apart due to inadequate refrigeration. 

Not sure it was fit to eat???

But I took a corner off it. So

I'm extremely disappointed...

my birthday came and went without it

and now this arrival just further added to my annoyance.
